We will ship your furniture anywhere. We ship either Motor Freight or UPS/FedEx. We can get an estimated shipping cost when your order is placed. We will work on getting the best rate possible. You will be notified you when your order is being shipped. At that time the shipping fees will be collected. Shipping time frame can be 5 - 10 business days.
Once your shipment arrives, the motor freight company will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery is to the curb and if you have heavy items needing extra assistance it will be your responsibility to arrange for extra help.
Please inspect all crates and boxes at the time of delivery and note damage when signing for your shipment. In the rare event of damage to a shipment, please notify the freight driver and call us as soon as possible.

Our customers are our Number 1 priority. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Therefore, we will repair or replace an item if a customer is not completely satisfied with our workmanship or quality.
Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase on standard in stock items. (Shipping or delivery charges are not refunded)
Custom pieces of furniture, however, cannot be returned or exchanged; due to the exacting nature of the work we completed to meet your unique furniture need. Of course, any construction defect will be corrected.
